A new report out from Hip Hop Enquirer claims Bobbi Kristina Brown's husband Nick Gordon has been banned from the Georgia hospital caring for the 21-year-old daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown. She is currently being hospitalized after being found unconscious in a bathtub in her Atlanta-area home.
Sources allege a restraining order is keeping Gordon from being around his wife and armed security is posted around her hospital room while local police have been spotted around the perimeter of the hospital. It's been reported Bobby, his wife Alicia Etheridge, Bobbi Kristina's aunt Pat Houston and director Tyler Perry have been by her bedside the entire time.
The status of Bobbi Kristina's health remains unclear, but Brown has requested privacy as his daughter continues treatment.
While many have been quick to point the finger at Gordon (who found Bobbi Kristina unconscious and called police), a family source told PEOPLE he's not fully to blame for the unfortunate incident.
"He'll be the bad guy again," the source said. "Nick knew that a lot of the family weren't fans of his; he sort of kept her away from some of her family members because he didn't want [the family] to say bad things about him to [Bobbi Kristina]. It's not exactly his fault."
The source admitted that while Gordon is often disrespectful to family members (using inappropriate language around Cissy Houston), Bobbi Kristina is a grown woman who makes her own decisions.
"I don't want to blame Nick for any drug use, because that's not fair," the source continued. "Bobby was blamed for Whitney's drug use, and that always bothered him. She was a grown woman who made her own choices."
"Krissy makes her own choices, too. No one influences her to do anything she doesn't want to do; she's stubborn just like both of her parents. Nick may not be the best influence on her, but she makes her own choices."
Roswell Police Department confirm no drugs were found following a preliminary investigation at Bobbi Kristina's home.
