A Twitter user exposed two Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) officials for allegedly charging him, and others who wanted to collect their PVC cards, N50.
According to him, the incident occurred at the Ogudu GRA Ward 43 in Lagos State. He also shared several pictures of the female INEC officials who reportedly demanded the amount from him.

This could be true because I remember in 2011 at everyday emporium in GRA Portharcourt, they were also charging#50.00 to laminate TVC. Corruption everywhere but they should have snapped or record the incidence.
