Mbaka suspends weekly crusades over threat to life

Fearless Catholic Priest, Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka of Adoration Ministries, Enugu, has suspended his weekly crusades until after the general elections, over alleged threats to his life.
A few days ago, Mbaka, known for his outspokenness, cried out to security agencies to protect him from alleged threats to his life.
Mbaka, who spoke through the media officer of Adoration Ministries, Ike Maximus Ugwoke, said if anything untoward happens to him, President Goodluck Jonathan and his wife should be held responsible.
Mbaka’s weekly crusade, which attracts no fewer than 100,000 people weekly from the South East zone and beyond, holds every Friday at the Adoration Ground in Emene, Enugu.
Following the alleged threat to the life of the Catholic Priest/Preacher, the healing, deliverance and praise and worship crusade, did not hold last Friday.
Sunday Independent reliably gathered that at the last Adoration crusade, which held in the second week of this month, Mbaka announced to his congregation that “following threats to his life, the ministry has taken a decision to suspend the crusade until after the election
