Suspected Charleston Shooter Dylan planned the shooting, he announced it on his website before shooting.

A website that appeared to be associated with suspected Charleston shooter Dylann Roof has been uncovered, the New York Times reported on Saturday. The site features a white supremacist manifesto, as well as images of Roof posing with
weapons and visiting Southern historic sites.

In a section labeled “An Explanation,” the writer said, “I have no choice….We have no skinheads, no real KKK, no one doing anything but talking on the internet. Well someone has to have the bravery to take it to the real world, and I guess that has to be
me.”
As of Saturday, it remained unclear who owns the site and wrote the words, but according to the Times, the domain site was registered in February under the name Dylann Roof.
