MOST IMO CIVIL SERVANTS WANT OKOROCHA TO BE PAYING THEM IN ARREARS!

It appears there is now a bifurcation between civil servants in IMO state on how best the state government should be paying them their workers salaries, opinions are now divided on whether the government should owe them 3 months or more and pay them in arrears or not.

Most civil servants my friend met in the last one week never hide their joyful feelings about the great benefits of receiving their 3 months salary arrears in "bulk" and as such was immensely utilized to achieve various personal goals which ought not to have been achieved with their monthly salaries.

Most of them opined that though most times that the government are not trustworthy, but they prefers a situation whereby the present government of IMO state will pay them again in December to enable them sort themselves out for Christmas.

But it appears that minority of them are having different vagary and in discordant with the majority, arguing that they prefers getting their cash on monthly period without hearing stories whether it favours them or not.

My opinion- is regular income helps you plan well.
