Donald Trump and Ted Cruz are neck and neck now in the Iowa polls, which is probably the reason Trump has taken it upon himself to tear down Cruz’s character. His latest rant says that Cruz is “just saying lie after lie” regarding his previous record.
Right now, Trump is angry at Cruz because Cruz attacked a position change Trump recently made to get more voters on his side. It goes back to a news clip several years ago of Trump telling a reporter that he was pro-choice when it comes to abortion, but now that he’s running for the election, he says he’s pro-life and that he supports eminent domain.
Cruz recently made note of this switch in position and attacked Trump’s less-than-conservative views once again, and now Trump is on track for retaliation.
