GEJ congrstulates GMB for his lead so far in the presidential election

Story has it that President  GEJ called GMB on phone snd congratulatef him for winning but will hear the final result and the remaining state as the  commission reconvenes around 8: pm.  Borno state is the only state remaing, but as it stands, it looks like Nigeria now has a new president.
