News has it that the pictured above was caight attempting to steal a car in front of a plaza called Lozumba Plaza in Abuja today, March 20th. This happened behind the popular UTC comple in Area 10, Garki around 10:28am. The plaza security said he acted like he was answering a call while using a master key to unlock the car. They chased and caught him and beat him up. Police from UTC came and took him away.
