E!, a.k.a. the Kardashian network, will air a
special next month with Bruce Jenner that
“captures intimate family conversations where his transition and what it means
for those relationships is discussed,” an NBC Universal spokesperson told Mashable.
In his interview last Friday with ABC’s Diane Sawyer, Jenner revealed his transgender identity, and confirmed he would be
transitioning to a woman.
While several members of Jenner’s family, including
his sister, mother, two ex-wives and children from his first two marriages
appeared in the special, none of the infamous Kardashian clan appeared. His
most recent ex-wife Kris Jenner declined to provide a comment.
Perhaps the Kardashians refused to participate
because they were saving their comments for the special on their home network.
