News has it that a section of the Federal Secretariat Complex in Abuja has been gutted by fire.
The fire, believed to have started at the section housing the Federal ministry of Education, started from the sixth floor and extended to the seventh and the eighth floor of the expansive complex.
Fire-fighters were reported to have battled seriously to control the fire from spreading to other parts of the complex.
