Rivers State out-going Governor Amaechi said he will not be present at swearing in of incoming governor,  Barrister Nyesom Wike at the liberation stadium portharcourt.
He spoke through his media Aid that he will rather  be at the ingratiation ceremony of the incoming president Muhammadu Buhari than to see Wike take over power today.
Due to Governor Rotimi Amaechi's lack of corporation, the state had to borrow car for the inaugration. And the Bayelsa State Chief Judge has been ordered to swear in Barrister Nyesom Wike as the governor of Rivers State today, May 29 2015.
