A Senior Advocate Robert Clacrk, has described the process of NASS election yesterday as the highest form of treachery and did not conform with rules of Senate in election of principal officers.

Events that produced the principal officers at the Nass yesterday have been criticized by some people, while some including the president have described it as somewhat Democratic, pledging to work with those elected. But the APC leadership will have none of that as they have vowed to fight the process that produced these leaders through any constitutional means.
