Dismissed Nigerian Army officer caught robbing with Nigerain Army Camouflage.

43 year old man arrested for armed robbery was an army officer who was released of his duties due to unethical conduct. His gang always rob with military uniform and they were robbing unsuspecting private and commercial vehicles trapped in traffic around Mile 2, Festac, Alakija and its environs.
Police source said the man is Adokiye Tombra and he confessed that he wore Army camouflage to claim staff to eshew paying transport fare each time he boarded commercial vehicles.
According to source 43 year-old Tombra was nabbed by men of Nigerian police force attached to Festac Division, in full Military regalia, while members of his gang were attempting to escape after a robbery operation.
Tombra confessed during his interrogation that he resigned from the Nigerian Army several years back.According to him, he usually  wear  Nigeria Army camouflage every time he is going out so he will not pay fare.” Confirming the arrest, Police Public Relations Officer, Kenneth Nwosu, a Deputy Superintendent of Police, said the suspect was still in police custody and would soon be arraigned in court.
