“Good Morning America” on Thursday took viewers behind the scenes of Janet Jackson’s photo shoot for her upcoming album, which is as-yet-untitled, but looks to be called “Unbreakable.”
In the video, Jackson, 49, is being styled on a set for photographer YuTsai. She’s sporting ripped jeans, a vest and a long-sleeved shirt accented by long necklaces and numerous bangles.
In a voiceover, wardrobe designer Kim Bowen describes the look that the 49-year-old will adopt for the video and related “Unbreakable World Tour.”
Bowen said she and other were planning “a whole conglomeration of different looks” for Jackson, including rock ‘n’ roll, ethnic, sexy, funky, “punky,” tribal and organic.
The “Unbreakable World Tour” is set to begin in Vancouver on Aug. 31. Jackson’s eleventh studio album is due out this fall.
