My wife is helping her family and I want to stop her.

Since I was born my parents and siblings never asked me for any financial help. My parents are doing well and my siblings too. i don't know how to help people financially.

During my service year, my parents were still wiring some cash into my bank account including my NYSC allowance.

I have not dated a girl that asked me for money and each time I come across them I write them off immediately because I hate beggars.

While I was in Canada for my M.SC program my parents were still giving me money thou I later got a job in Canada.

When I came back to my country, I got a job and my salary is good. The first girl I dated came from a rich home but she is very fat and she smokes I decided not to marry her, but my friends encouraged me to marry her because of what I will get from her parents.

The truth is I can’t marry a fat woman.

I have met so many beautiful ladies who are marriage materials but end up leaving me without giving any reason.

The day I knelt down at Ibari Ogwa in Owerri to propose to a girl she turned my proposal down, I was heartbroken.  She left me without telling why she turned me down.

Few days later, she came to my house and made love to me like never before. We had sex 6 times before dawn. Immediately she finished dressing up, she told me how stingy I was.

I have never bought any gift for any woman; they buy for me because I am a handsome dude.

Finally, I met a beautiful hard working lady from a poor back ground, thou, she has worked hard and her hard work alleviated her family’s poverty.

When I introduced her to my family she was welcomed and I married her, we left my parents house moved in to the house my father built for me at Works-Layout.

She has her own building at World- bank Housing Estate Owerri. We rented that one out.

Now my problem is she supports her family 100% and I don’t like it. I have told her to stop, but she called me a stingy man.

She told me she has been supporting her family before she met me and she will not stop because she is not using my money.

My annoyance is that her elder brother worships her like God and drives her car as if he owns it. My love for her is ebbing out.

Last weekend, she told me she wants to settle her younger brother whom she sponsored his university education with 2million naira and concentrate on her kid sister who is in the university.

 I am worried her family may come and ask for more.

What do you think? I want to stop her by threatening her with divorce.
