This is how some of the toilets in IMO State University Looks like and there is a canteen near the toilet. This IMO state owned university and these toilets are situated at the faculty of Engineering which the former  VC of the school claimed he spends millions of naira to improve. Some of their roofs are leaking.
If you are pressed and you don't live around you are in for a disgrace.
