My work here is not just to gossip for you or tell you about the bad things people did, I am also here to say the good. Send in your eye withness story or anything information you want to share with the public here
When in 2007 Rt Hon Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi was reinstated by the Supreme Court as the rightful standard bearer of the People's Democratic Party, I was away in my final year in the university. And from there I went to carry out the compulsory National Youth Service which I concluded in the first quarter of 2009.

On arriving Port Harcourt, my place of birth, I observed changes. I stopped at Rumuomasi market junction, and when I saw that the once narrow road that ran from Rumuomasi through to Garrison had been made a dual carriageway, I had to ask someone at the junction if that was indeed market junction, just to be doubly sure.

When the taxi I boarded that night set out, I kept reminding the driver
of the exact place I meant to alight. I repeated it more than three
times that the driver had to ask if I was new in town or if I thought he
didn't hear me before. At the junction that leads to my house, I saw
that the primary school I attended CPS Elekahia had been reconstructed
and remodelled. There and then, I became convinced that Rt Hon Chibuike
Rotimi Amaechi was beyond a politician. He indeed is the leader in whom
Rivers people are well pleased.

Having gone round the twenty-three Local Government Areas and seen for myself that the visionary developments executed by his government were not limited to the state capital, I saw in him a new breed of leadership, one that was focused and determined to chart the course of the state and its citizens - natives and aliens - in the path to a glorious destination.
His achievements span education, agriculture, health, human capital development, Road Infrastructure, etc.
If every president, governor, LGA chairman, councillors and public office holders can determine to making life changing impact in the society as Amaechi did in Rivers State, it will not take more than a decade for Nigeria to be on the same page with the western world in terms of development.
A visit to any of the 450 schools built
under his supervision will leave you wowing and wishing you could be a
pupil or student again.
All the photos are a typical primary school built by the Rotimi Amaechi's administration.
