Why do celebrities talk about haters a lot?

This is not the first time, almost all Nigerian celebrities talks about haters. Are people or their colleagues hating them or they are just exibitting Signs of celebrating their escapes from poverty?

Nollywood actor Jim Iyke, posted the picture above  on his Instagram page and he is not the only one. I have been seeing similar posts from other celebrities but his caught my eyes.
Why can't they enjoy what they have and ignore somethings?

What say you? Do you think we should let them be?
