U-23 Afcon: Siasia’s Defense unchanged against Senegal

There are no changes to the Dream Team VI back Four that will face Senegal in the Semi final of the 2015 Africa U-23 Cup of Nations as Coach, Samson Siasia opts to keep the chemistry in his team going and growing.

The same back-line held fort in the previous two games where Nigeria conceded 2 goals – against Egypt.

The only notable absentees in the starting XI named by the Coach to face the host are the injured Dimgba Stanley, Taiwo Awoniyi and suspended Captain Azubuike Okechukwu.

The trio were replaced by Tombra, Kufre and Godspower Aniefiok who gets his second start in the competition owing to players’ injury and suspension.
