Governor of Imo state ,Owelle Rochas Okorocha launched the 2016 Army emblem with the sum of five million naira as part of events marking this year's celebration of the legion in the state.
The governor who decried the plight of the legions in raising their families and educating their children offered to provide free education and scholarship under the Rocha's foundation college and the state government collaborations.
At the event were the state chief judge,speaker IMHA,commissioners designate and heads of other paramilitary organizations in the state.
