Her name was Ifeyinwa , she just passed on,in the late hour of Saturday been 13th of February 2016 after she was shot down by a robber at the street of Portharcourt in Rivers sate.
According to source she could have survived this because she fought to live, but all because police report was not giving to the doctors and nurses, they left her unattended till she couldn't fight again and gave up a ghost.
What do you think about hospitals not attending to this kind of case until a police report is issued?
This is all about life and death and life need to be saved and hospitals will not attend to the victim untill they get a report from the police which most times doesn't come easy.
Some police will begin to ask her name, the colour of her eyes etc.
I think its high time they abolish that law and attend to such cases before knowing what led to the accident. Look how how this pretty lady lost her life.
