This situation happens in Nigeria a lot, banks will debit you via Automated Teller Machine"ATM" they wouldn't dispense the cash and most times it takes them forever to reverse it. The girl pictured above is a Nigerian undergraduate, according to her placard she used her "ATM" card to make a withdrawal, she was debited but didn't get her money. Her bank is Eco Bank and she is not keeping quiet as she takes to the street to air her grievances, since they refused to reverse her the amount debited from her account. See More Photos below..
