The National Prosecuting Authority has confirmed that estate agent, Vicki Momberg, has been served with a summons on crimen injuria charges for shouting insults at police.

The charges follow a video of Momberg shouting racist insults at police officers in the immediate aftermath of a smash-and grab in Northriding, Johannesburg.
She uses the K-word, and calls the city's black police officers arrogant, useless and clueless.
Momberg said she was traumatised after the incident, and declined to comment further.
The Human Rights Commission has also laid charges against her at the Equality Court.
The charge of crimen injuria facing her, is a charge defined as a wilful injury to someone’s dignity, caused by the use of obscene or racially offensive language or gestures.
