See the Nigerian man who was sentenced to 2yrs in prison for beating his girl friend for refusing to shine her Congo(SEX)

 
  34-year-old Nigerian man identified as Kingsley Nshiodo has been sentenced to two years in prison for beating his 19-year-old girl friend because she refused to have sex with him, he also threatened to stab her with a knife.


He was sentenced yesterday July 5th 2016, in Cambodia, by the Phnom Penh Municipal Court. The court officials revealed this incidence happened last year, 2015.
  Kinsley will, however, have half his sentence reduced according to judge Yen Saroeun, but will be fined about $1,000 to the state budget after being charged with an act of violence with aggravating circumstances under article of 218 of the Penal Code.

"The court convicted him to two years, but the term of his punishment is reduced to a year. The rest of his sentence was suspended," he said. "The court fines him 4 million riel [about $1,000] to put toward the state budget."
 
District penal police officer Ly Rithy, Mr. Nshiodo, said kingsley, was arrested by police in the early hours of December 28 2015, in Phnom Penh’s Russey Keo district after his girlfriend, 19-year-old waitress Chan Sreyneang, contacted police complaining he had beaten and threatened to stab her. Ms. Sreyneang had gone to visit Mr. Nshiodo at the apartment they shared in Toul Kork village after a recent falling out, when he had become enraged when she refused to have sex with him.
"He got angry with the victim for refusing to sleep with him. He then beat her and also threatened to stab her, causing her injuries," he said.
