Julia, posing above in a Ferrari, said she will one day have to work hard running her parents successful businesses

23-year-old Julia says she was given a Luis Vuiton bag at age 19 and she didn't know it wasn't a norm until she went to University.

A billionaire's daughter who has been lavished her with gifts and lived a jet-set lifestyle since birth has admitted she didn't realise not everyone was as lucky until she went to university.

23-year-old Julia Stakhiva, is a daughter of a billionaire, who is originally from the Ukraine but now lives in Mayfair, London, was given her first Louis Vuitton handbag aged nine and now has a wardrobe worth more than £1.5m.

Sharing details of her privileged life on today's This Morning with presenters Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford, she revealed it was only when she went to Regents University, London, to study business that she learnt her way of life wasn't the norm.

According to "Pretty Rich Julia"  'People used to look at me a lot when I was younger because I had nice clothes but it was only when I went to university that I realised not everyone could afford designer bags and shoes so I felt special,' she confessed.

She continue to  share details of her lavish lifestyle, she rapidly gained thousands of followers.

While some brands may work hard to gain such numbers, Julia said for her it was easy.

She said: 'At uni everyone had Instagram so I thought "why not? I have time". I had things to show, it was natural for me.

'I didn't have to go to a lot of effort to be famous on Instagram.'

But Julia, whose lifestyle is funded by her parents who made their millions by running multiple companies in the Ukraine, admits being an internet star has bought her both fans and haters.

'It is about 50-50,' she admitted. 'Some message to say they adore me and love my style but others say they hate me for being rich.'

Those who resent her lifestyle will no doubt be enraged to hear she finds it 'normal' to fly to Russia just to get her haircut.

People say they hate me and blame me for being rich but I didn't choose this life, I was born into it

She explained: 'I fly to Moscow to see my hairdresser as I am used to them and like them. I get great service there, they close the whole salon for me and bring food and my favourite Champagne. I take all my friends and we have a party.

'For me it is normal to travel that far for a haircut. It is difficult to explain but I have been travelling since I was baby.

'When you have money, you have freedom as there are no boundaries.'

'I received my first designer items from my parents - a Louis Vuitton handbag and Gucci shoes - when I was nine-years-old. It gave me a taste for the finer things.
'And since the age of 16, I've been spending at least £17,000 per month on clothes.

'But for my graduation outfit, I have a budget of £20,000 minimum. My mother and I will be going to Paris to buy a really nice dress for the ceremony.

Only child Julia counts Balmain and Alaia as her favourite designers. She owns over 100 handbags (costing around £4,000 each) and 60 pairs of shoes.

In total, Julia's clothes collection is estimated at over £1.5 million with her fur collection worth £300,000 alone.

Julia - who will be starring in new TV series 'The Majors' - adds: 'I don't mix and match with designers when I put together an outfit. It's disrespectful to not wear the whole designer.

'If I choose one Balmain piece, then I will wear Balmain from top to toe.'

Since she was in high school, Julia has also had a personal trainer and a nutritionist - who recommends that she eat a strict diet avoiding carbs and sweets during the week. But she is allowed to enjoy a 'cheat day' on Sunday.

Typically, Julia has a soya milk cappuccino and blueberries for breakfast then lunch and supper will be a salad or fish and vegetables.

Julia, who is single, adds: 'And every year since I was 16 years old, my parents have sent me to a private German clinic for two months to do a detox.

'I've had to take all my school and university exams at the clinic because my parents insist that I do this detox.'

But when Julia turned 18, she decided to take her pursuit of beauty to a higher level - by going under the knife.

With the approval of her parents, Julia underwent lip injections and facial fillers at £500 per session. In addition, she spent £2,000 on Buccal fat removal - otherwise known as cheek reduction surgery.

Julia explains: 'Since I was a young child, I did the usual beauty treatments like manicures, pedicures and facials.

'But when I turned eighteen years old, with my parents' permission, I started getting cosmetic surgery.

'I got fillers to make my face more pretty and buccal fat removal surgery to make my cheeks more defined. I had too much baby fat.

'My parents understand my pursuit of perfection. Being healthy and looking good is the most important thing in the world.

'Plastic surgery is an absolute necessity for me, it's about investing in yourself.'

Julia is looking into getting her a £20,000 boob job this year too.

'You can't have expensive bags and watches and stay in a three-star hotel.

My parents would worry for my safety.
'When I'm out, I order Dom Perignon or Cristal. I hired an assistant to keep an eye on me at all times and ensure I don't get too drunk when I'm out.'
Julia uploads photos showcasing her decadent lifestyle and look on Instagram (@julia.stakhiva). She says she enjoys the negative criticism from people online.
'I love all my haters. I would rather die than have people not talk about me. People criticizing me shows that I'm an extraordinary person.'
