Faith Evans
opted to jump on Puff Daddy’s Bad Boy Family Reunion tour, which rolls
into Atlanta two days before a separate gig she had already booked in
the city with another promoter. According to TMZ, that promoter is now
suing her for breach of contract.
Jeremy Hill booked Faith to perform at Atlanta’s Wolf Creek Amphitheater on Sept. 10, 2016,
and paid her $17,500 upfront as part of the deal, the website reports.
Hill says he eventually got wind of Faith joining the Bad Boy tour and
learned that it would arrive in Atlanta on Sept. 8.
Hill
says his contract with Faith included a non-compete clause, meaning she
can’t perform within a 100 mile radius of his show during the six
months leading up to Sept. 10.
In the suit, he says Faith’s camp told him she was backing out of his deal.
Hill
is suing to block Faith from doing the Bad Boy show in Atlanta, and he
also wants at least $100,000 for her decision to back out.
