Mrs. Odunisi is a retired school teacher, who taught some
men and women who are in high offices in this country many years ago. The
people she taught in secondary school in 1975 are Vice President Prof. Yemi
Osinbajo, Mr Babatunde Fowler, Chairman Federal Inland Revenue Service and Mr
Adeyinka Asekun, Chaiman Wema Bank PLC. The men all came together over the
weekend to celebrate one of their own, FIRS boss Tunde Fowler, who recently
turned 60.
80-year-old Mrs Odunisi , who was super excited to see some
of the Boys she taught Economics at Igbobi College, Yaba, who have grown to be
great men said; “The Reward of a Teacher is no longer in heaven. I can now see
mine here on earth”.
This is so sweet, knowing that the people you taught in
school turn out great. We say congratulations to Mummy Odunisi, teaching is the
best profession in the whole world. Without teachers there would be no career.
