Sisters to contest dad's $20million inheritance demands which insists they get married and have kids to get cash.

A pair of sisters who were told they must get married and have kids to get their hands on $20million left to them by their father are taking their bizarre case to court.

Victoria and Marlena Laboz, aged 17 and 21 respectively, were set to inherit $10million each when their father died.

But Maurice Laboz, who died in January aged 77, left the demand that they will only get the cash once they've settled down and have had children in wedlock.

Property mogul: Their father left behind a whopping $37million
The pair are now heading to court over the matter however.

Family lawyer Raoul Felder said: "People try to control from the grave, but I’ve never seen it as bad as this."

An alternative condition is that the pair must look after their mother to inherit the late New York property mogul's fortune.

In another requirement, the sisters could receive a further $750,000 if they graduate 'from an accredited university' and write "100 words or less describing what she intends to do with the funds".
