Farmer Arrested In Imo State For Selling 7 Children For N400,000

49-year-old farmer  Iidentified as  Gabriel Ajor, has been nabbed in Owerri For Selling 7 Kids.
The farmer was arraigned before a Lokoja Chief Magistrate’s Court for allegedly kidnapping and selling seven children including his two sons and an eight-month old baby for N400,000.
Ajor had conned the parents of the five other children into believing he wanted to send the children to schools.


The children are Goodway Kenneth, 5; Kindness Kenneth, 3; Shedrack John, 6; Goodday John, 6; Confidence Ojonuba, 8 months old; Gift Gabriel, 6 and Destiny Gabriel, 3.
One of the parents had reported the case to the Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department, Lokoja, who subsequently arrested Ajor. The accused revealed that a man named Malik in Owerri, paid him N400,000 for the 7 kids.
Ajor is charged with criminal conspiracy and kidnapping contrary to sections 97(1) of the Penal Code and Section 4(1), punishable under section 4(3)(a) of Kogi State Kidnapping and other Related Offences (Prohibition) Law 2015, and magistrate Alhassan Husaini adjourned the case to the 24th of Augus
